About us
Thames Valley Maintenance was formed in 1997 to provide building maintenance and refurbishment services to the people and businesses of the Thames Valley.
The company has since grown into 3 distinct divisions, Electrical installations, Plumbing and Heating and General Building.
Chris Milham
Chris grew up in the South-east of London and served his electrical apprenticeship during a 24 year career in the RAF. On leaving the RAF he settled in Oxfordshire and established the company which later became Thames Valley Maintenance in 1997.
Chris is the Director responsible for Project Management and the Electrical division of the company.
Ian Dawes
Ian served his plumbing apprenticeship with a local company and jointly established TVM in 1997. He is now the Director responsible for the Plumbing and Central Heating division of the company.
Ryan Harper
After leaving school Ryan served a carpentry apprenticeship with a local company and since then has worked in the building industry as a carpenter and foreman until he joined TVM as a Director in 2004.
Ryan is the Director responsible for the General Building division of the company.
