Please note:
- Free estimates supplied with each test or survey
- There is no travelling charge within agreed coverage areas
- Charges will be made for one operative only unless further operatives are required to satisfy health and safety directives
- In which case, 2 men are required in the following circumstances:
- Roofing work
- Work on live electrical systems
- Heavy equipment or Plant is to be moved
- Additional 25% charged on out of hours rate for callouts after midnight.
- Additional 40% charged on out of hours rate for callouts on bank holidays
- Materials and Plant will be charged at trade + 15% unless otherwise agreed
- Daywork rates available by arrangement and estimates provided FREE of charge
- All rates exclude VAT at current rate
