| * There is no travelling charge within agreed coverage areas. * Charges will be made for one operative only unless further operatives are required to satisfy health and safety directives. In which case, 2 men are required in the following circumstances: a/ Roofing work b/ Work on live electrical systems c/ Heavy equipment or Plant is to be moved. * Additional 25% charged on out of hours rate for callouts after midnight. * Additional 40% charged on out of hours rate for callouts on bank holidays. * Materials and Plant will be charged at trade + 15% unless otherwise agreed. * Daywork rates available by arrangement and estimates provided FREE of charge. * All rates exclude VAT at current rate. |
