TVM was formed as a partnership on 1 Sept 1997 by two of the current directors, Chris Milham & Ian Dawes to provide M&E building maintenance services in the Oxford area from their current premises in Radley Oxfordshire.
Chris's background had been in electrical installation and Ian's in Gas & general plumbing.  Together they grew the company not only in the mechanical & electrical field but also in the area of general building maintenance, thus being able to offer customers an all round maintenance service.
TVM serves a range of customers from mainly large commercial clients to private householders providing an all round maintenance service employing approximately 20 tradesmen.
In 2003 TVM was incorporated as a Limited liability company & shortly after a third director, Ryan Harper was appointed to manage the general building department.
Today the three distinct departments of Electrical, Gas & Plumbing and General Building provide an integrated building maintenance service for all our customers.
